How to Choose Size ?
Shoes pad is longer than foot,shoes bottom is more longer than foot,
so to get correct size, you have to let heel against the wall, and meaure FOOT only,
Measure shoes pad will get bigger size,
measure shoes bottom will get more bigger size!

length,neither shoes bottom length.
but let your heel against the wall ,and measure bare foot length
from A to B only as picture below showed.
then u can get correct size.
